Return and Refund Policy
Because Space of Love Foods products are consumable food products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This helps us protect product quality and food safety.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us at hello@spaceoflovefoods.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate. Please do not mail any product back unless we specifically ask you to do so.
Change-of-mind returns
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Personal taste or preference
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Products that were delivered correctly and in good condition
However, please contact us if you have a concern. We want customers to feel fairly treated and will review unusual circumstances individually.
Subscription orders
Subscription orders automatically renew according to the schedule selected at checkout. Customers may pause, skip, or cancel future subscription orders through the Manage Subscription link in their account or subscription emails.
Changes must be made before the next order is processed. Once a subscription renewal has been processed, it is treated like any other completed order and may already be prepared for shipment.
Order cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
International customers
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to your purchase.
