Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

Certain Space of Love Foods products may be purchased as automatically renewing subscriptions. When you select “Subscribe & Save” you authorize us to charge your saved payment method every month for the applicable product price, less any stated subscription discount, plus shipping and taxes when applicable.

Your subscription will continue until you cancel it. There is no minimum number of orders required.

Managing or canceling your subscription

You may cancel, pause, resume, or skip an upcoming subscription order at any time through the Manage Subscription link in your customer account or subscription emails. You may also update your shipping address, payment method, product quantity, and other available subscription details through the customer portal.

Changes or cancellations must be completed before your next scheduled order is processed. Once a renewal order has been processed, it may not be possible to stop shipment. Any returns or refund requests for processed orders are governed by our Refund Policy.

Canceling your subscription stops future recurring charges and deliveries. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or recall an order that has already been processed or shipped.
